2. Hosting and delivery
This website runs on the HighLevel platform (HighLevel Inc., Dallas, Texas, USA). Images and font files are delivered through the platform's content delivery network. When you open a page, the provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser type and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it stable and secure.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, working website. We have a data processing agreement with the provider under Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
3. Fonts
All fonts are loaded from our own storage. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking services. Only technically necessary information is stored on your device, such as your choice in the privacy settings. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG together with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If we add optional services in the future, they will only load after you consent (Section 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or through the contact form, we process your details (such as name, company, email address, phone number and your message) to answer your enquiry. Contact form enquiries are stored in our customer management system on the HighLevel platform and forwarded to us by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code) apply.

Links to our partners' websites open in a new window. Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw any consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)). An informal message to [email protected] is enough.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data based on legitimate interests, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
